/ RE:GENERATION

The Re:generation exhibition (part of this year's V For Volunteering project) ran at Great Yarmouth Library from 5th March to 12th March 2011.

The exhibition acted as a platform for local people to share their thoughts and memories of the regeneration of Great Yarmouth. The work of local young people was shown alongside work by professional artists, and the recollections and stories of the town were provided by members of the community, all of which related to the theme of Re:generation. 

The V for Volunteering team selected artworks included in the exhibition through an open submission process which addressed the theme of Re:generation, the heritage of Great Yarmouth and the regeneration of the town.
