The Drill House - SeaChange Arts' new 9000 sqft creation space, in the heart of Great Yarmouth, opened in 2012.

As well as being the administrative base for the SeaChange Arts team, the building is set to be an International Centre of Excellence for Circus and Street Arts. 

The Drill House is available to hire for artistic training and residencies - a hub for the research, development, creation and rehearsal of new and innovative work for Circus and Street Arts companies.

The Drill House forms part of a unique cluster of facilities and activities here in Great Yarmouth, affording visiting companies a host of opportunities:   

• The Out There Festival takes place each September.  Organised by SeaChange Arts, this international festival of Circus and Street Arts attracts some of the world's finest and most iconic performers. 
• St George's Theatre is set to open in autumn 2012 and includes indoor and outdoor performance spaces. 
• The town is also home to the Hippodrome, the country's last dedicated circus building. 

Together, they form a Circus and Street Arts quarter within the town.  We are always keen to hear from companies and artists looking to develop their practice and work with us, and these venues, to enhance the programme of Circus and Street Arts activities here in Great Yarmouth.  

A new centre dedicated to SeaChange Arts' mission to increase participation and widen access to culture, the Drill House offers local people and artists the unique opportunity to work alongside the very best of the UK and international Circus and Street Arts sector.
