A key part of the way we work involves building sustainable, practical partnerships with a number of voluntary groups, local government and local, national and international artists and producers.

Great Yarmouth Borough Council are key supporters of SeaChange Arts. SeaChange act as the council's arts development arm and work closely in partnership with the town's tourism and events teams on major events such as the Out There festival.

ZEPA (Zone Europeene de Projets Artistiques) is a major EU funded partnership project bringing together nine street arts festivals and producers from France and the UK to create and share tours, performers and expertise.

Norfolk County Council provide an annual arts grant to SeaChange to support core activity throughout the year. In addition, we work on a number of projects directly with the local authority.

Vocational Training for Outdoor Arts is a European Lifelong Learning Programme funded partnership between 5 organisations in the UK, Ireland, France and the Netherlands. The partnership aims to develop European best practice in vocational training in the field of professional Outdoor Arts.

The Grandes Cirques European Partnership programme aims to develop innovative and high quality training and career development programmes and exchanges through a new partnership of three of Europe's most historic building-based circuses in the UK, Spain and Latvia. This partnership is funded by the European Lifelong Learning Programme.

The Cross Channel Circus Alliance is an exciting new partnership for SeaChange which will see us working with organisations in the UK and France to develop the art of contemporary circus both here and overseas.

The Norfolk & Norwich Festival stages it's annual festival in May with events in Norwich and around the county. It is one of the Arts Council's 14 Bridge Organisations, with a mandate for developing creative opportunities for children and young people in the Eastern Region. SeaChange work closely with the festival to develop new work and opportunities for the people of Great Yarmouth.

Escalator is the Arts Council's talent development programme. Now with six art-form focussed strands, it is delivered by a number of leading arts organisations in the region including SeaChange.

St George's is the exciting new arts and performance venue on King Street in Great Yarmouth. The £8 million refurbishment project is due to be completed in spring 2012 and SeaChange will be working closely with St George's to create many exciting creative opportunities.
