/ MEET THE TEAM

SeaChange are a small dedicated full-time team, contracting in specialist freelancers for specific project and event support.

Mr Joe Mackintosh, Chief Executive

I am Chief Executive for SeaChange Arts and am responsible for overall organisational development, seeking out new opportunities and building new relationships for SeaChange on a local, national and international basis.  Core to my work is seeking the funding to ensure the organisation's exciting growth and the product which is rapidly establishing Great Yarmouth on the international arts scene.

I have a passion for street arts which I take with me when I leave the office.  I enjoy nothing more than heading off to France with family in tow for a fantastic festival... and a glass or two of wine!

Ms Sarah James, Executive Director

I've been at SeaChange for nearly three years and have overall responsibility for the management and delivery of all our projects.  I line manage staff, freelancers and artists involved in our work as well as developing new partnerships to help promote and support our work.  On top of that, I provide artistic programming for the Out There Festival and assist in the smooth running and delivery of all of our large scale street arts events.

I have a weakness for chips (not easy as our office is based on the seafront in Great Yarmouth), love 70's disco and funk and play golf regularly - something I aspire to eventually take-up full time, though my prize haul so far consists of £40, a bottle of wine, and a slow cooker... so a long way to go yet!

Miss Laurie Miller-Zutshi, Creative Producer

I develop and deliver SeaChange's workshop programme which involves running workshops and supporting artists and community groups in their delivery. This is great as I get to work with lots of different people and across a range of art forms.  I'm also responsible for creating and delivering a programme of outdoor arts events with both the local community and professional artists as part of key events throughout the year, such as the Out There Festival and the King Street Mardi Gras.

I love animals and the theatre.  When the sun's out, I love sunbathing and hiking.  When it's nighttime, I like dressing up, dining out and dancing!  I also love to travel and really want to go to South America.

Miss Becca Clayton, Projects Assistant

I've been working at SeaChange for over a year and love every minute.  I provide support for the rest of the team in the delivery of events and projects.  I am also becoming more involved in administering my own projects and generally just do a lot of organising things!

When I'm not at work I like to play hockey and, if the mood takes me, go running.
